Product name: SONY CD-814
Series number:
Time period: 1982
Tape type: Type I
Songs: 1-Brand New
Comments: This is a demo tape that came with Sony’s cassette tape player. It seems to be an accessory of Walkman’s first model “TCS-310” released in 1981. Most of the demo tapes that came with cassette tape recorders at the time had music for audition recorded on side A and a blank side on side B for test recording, but this product is a playback-only product. Because it is a demo tape, music for audition is recorded on both sides A and B. The recorded music is all instrumental of pop songs that were popular at the time.
