This product uses Sony’s custom one-chip IC for improved FM/AM radio sensitivity. When the power is turned off, the current time will still be displayed. When the alarm sounds (radio or buzzer), press the button to stop it. If the power goes out or is unplugged, the backup battery will maintain the time and alarm settings. (Battery not included.)
