The Parabola is designed to record sounds as natural as possible under such difficult live recording conditions. The reflector of the sound collector uses a double parabolic reflector method. In addition, the microphone is attached from the rear of the sound collector. It is designed with the characteristics of an omnidirectional microphone in mind.
