UCX tape’s micro-fine particles and advanced binding formula improve MOL (2dB in low frequency and 1dB in high frequency) and sensitivity by 1dB over the entire frequency range with less distortion, compared to conventional Sony CD-α cassette tape.
The high frequency response of UCX, flat throughout the entire frequency range, makes UCX tape ideal for natural sound reproduction.
Thanks to newly-developed micro-fine particles and new binder technology, UCX shows a remarkable improvement over Sony’s EHF tape:
